Ah yes couldn't help myself ofcourse. Had the colors laying around, could never repay Sighthoundlady in art anymore, and I had this insane urge to sew. So quite a few birds with one stone.
But blabber is boring, pictures!

I'm not entirely satisfied. The legs are quite short, makes her look a little pudgy.. *Runs from her wrath*

A better look at the head. Added eyelashes/eyelids, and Kate sent me peacock feathers! Thanks forever

Vee is sitting next to me and clearing up my spelling mistakes ._.'

And featherss! Man they were evil to put in. But fun. No way you're pulling them out either.

Based on Sighthoundlady's Herla ofcourse. If you could not tell.. XD Not all details are correct, but that's kinda hard with a plush. I had in mind to make a small one this time but it looks like she's the same size as all the others. So much for that XD

Aaaaarrrrrgh! My jaw just dropped when I saw this. Just stunned, seriously. A Herla plushie. THANK YOU ;_;

I actually saw this on my iPhone first thing this morning and couldn’t wait to get to a computer so I could make a proper comment on it. She’s so adorable, I love her fluffy belly, and she has EYELASHES. Haha, so perfect. And little embroidered green markings. AND feathers. I know what you had to do to get those feathers ROFL! The head is just sweet too, such a nice shape, I know that’s not easy. Big fluffy ears. You've really gotten so skilled at making these. Sewing is hard too! I wouldn't know where to begin trying to make a pattern and have it come out looking remotely like I wanted it too.

Ah, but this is just perfect. I’m so tickled. Thank you Misako. <3 <3 <3 <3 I don’t expect people to pay me back when I make them gift art, it’s a gift after all! But I truly appreciate this so much.

Herla has arrived! I rescued

Herla has arrived! I rescued her from the front porch when I got home from work, her box sat mere inches from the snow! But she appears safe and sound, no broken feathers and her pieces are all intact! My first impression when pulling her out of the box was how small and dainty she was, and I can really see all the details you put into her much better than pictures can show.

As promised I did get some pictures of her in the snow, we got a foot today here to welcome her home because we all know how much she loves that snow!

Didn’t let her stay out there very long, less the snow melt and start to soak in. Nighttime unfortunately, I will get some day time photos tomorrow if I can.

She’s just so tiny and exquisite. And that’s me, already in my pajamas, I just waste no time getting into them when I get home. XD

The face is just precious, the stitching around her eyes s especially my favorite and just refuses to be caught on camera! Gah!

At home on my coffee table. ^_^

Thank you so much, she is a treasure.

PS. Handwritten letters are far too charming, I love that you drew out emotes as well. Loved it.

ROFL Those pictures in the snow are cuute! It's good to see she arrived, she could maybe do with a neck massage, poor girl. I'm glad the feathers are in tact too, I was afraid for those.
