Ok, so I open up TEF, the sleeping deer icon shows up, but no words come up, then my computer freezes, so I go the task manager is it shows its running, seconds later, it starts working, but then crashes on me, has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a solution?

I've had a very similar problem where no words will come up, and the screen remains black with the sleeping deer icon. Whenever I start Task Manager, however, it always says TEF is "not responding."

Try closing out of TEF and trying again in a little while, or restart your computer and try it again (restarting can work wonders!)

My laptop tends to get this way with TEF when it gets too warm as well; I'm not sure if the same would be true for your computer, but letting my computer cool down often helps things run better--at least for me.

Thanks, but nothing seems to work, Ive left it alone for like an hour or so (fever to blame), when I hit the windows key, it comes back up working, but then crashes on me. I dont get it, it might have to do with my low disk space. :/

Hm, possibly. You could

Hm, possibly. You could always try doing disk cleanup, and see if that helps.

There's the Support Forum to try as well; people seem very knowledgeable about TEF-computer problems there (and game co-creator Michael himself often helps).
