Blogs like this do not usually get the attention you are looking for. If you would like to get a 'family' or even just a few friends, I suggest playing the game for a little while. Take time to meet other deer in the forest and build relationships there. This is generally how friendships are made here. When you make friends, you can then use the map (link in the upper left corner of the screen) to find out who they are by clicking on their pictogram.
