Gar doesn't remember his previous life. He remembers being human, and he remembers
details about Earth, but his own pasts remains a mystery to him. When he first realized he was
blind and trapped in a deer's body, he spent about twenty minutes cursing, then went off to find
help. The first couple he met were a pair of real deer - they weren't much help. Another one
kept sniffing and nuzzling him and wasn't much help for anything else... and then he met Whyss.
Though mute, Whyss at least has eyes, and Gar follows him around the forest to avoid striking
any trees head-on.
Modus Operandi
He can still hear, so he will react to footsteps of approaching deer, however he cannot see
because of his mask, so he won't react to anything in particular that you do. He tends to either
carefully walk the birch forest - where the birds sometimes assist him - or sit with his back to a
wall in the ruins or the playground. He's very confident despite his blindness and is not afraid to
intervene in fights, though this can be an issue, given the fact that one of his antlers is no
longer intact. It was broken when he woke in the Forest, so one can only assume it was a part
of the god's plans.
Appearance
Gar is a big stag, broad-chested and muscular. He apparently once had a pair of broad, sweeping
red antlers, but one of them snapped partially off before he appeared in the forest. He has slightly
darker stripes encircling his massive bulk, and powerful, dark legs. His mask is a black, smooth,
eavy thing, covering the upper half of his face so that only his mouth is visible. Where the usual eye
circles would be, there are two black lines; painted eyes. He cannot see. On the right side of his
mouth he has three stitches.
