game not connecting to the server

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue, and if they know how to resolve it. My game does not connect to the server, so I cannot log in to it, and I can't see anyone else. Is this an issue with the game servers, or is something wrong on my end?

Have you tried running the game as administrator? Though I've been having some issues connecting at times, so I think there might be some server hiccups going on as of late.
