Game not connecting

Has anyone else had trouble with connecting to the game today? I'm just wondering if it's the servers that aren't working or our crappy Internet connection. <_< Though I can browse the net just fine, just not connect in the game.

Yes ....if the time is stuck there likely will be problems with the server .
