Game log-in problem

(Inca here btw)

So, my friend gave me this picto a while ago, it's a gen 3. So anyway, I can log in the community site fine, but this picto's user is too long to long in to the game. My friend never used it, and she didn't know if it worked or not. Help?

Maybe it's not activated? What does it say when you try to log in?

I do believe it is activated, she got the email for it, and it comes up on the picto search. I'll go and see what it says if I try and log in.

Edit: It doesn't even let you type in the whole username, and if you try to nothing happens. If you click
it says please register, because the user is incomplete.

Ah, that's the problem then.

Ah, that's the problem then. The best I can suggest is contacting Michael and Auriea to change the username, since you won't be able to log in with the name being so long.

Try copy and pasting it into the game. Seems to fit into the box when I tried it this way. c:

Into the game or the game folder? I tried to copy it into the log in in-game and it wouldn't let me. My noob-ishness may have killed it.

Ctrl + c the username, then click the log-in box, click ctrl+v (the menu will disappear when you press ctrl, but it doesn't matter) and it should be right there. ^_^
