At least that's how it seemed at times. Surreal evening in the forest haha
I hope you have all had a lovely peaceful holiday. Here a week of rain gave way to a lovely sunny day, with fluffy clouds, fluffy and very relaxed sheep and even a couple of Easter bunnies passing through. I spent part of the afternoon just dozing with my woolly companions.
In the evening I thought I'd poke my nose into the forest and upon instanciating I was greeted with a colourful particle shower. I do love my particles so this pleased me.
New flowers tall as trees were growing everywhere, adding to the surreal atmosphere, making me feel like an ox-ram-deer-thing transported into some 1960s psychedelic rock band's album cover. I paused to rub against a giant dandelion.
I wandered around for a bit and bumped into Petaldance and Valaire and things got incrementally weirder. I felt like there ought to be a soundtrack of early Pink Floyd and the scent of some recreational herbiage! Fortunately all I'd had was a cup of tea.
They blew giant bubbles that wobbled up into the sky. I was laughing at how daft and lovely it was and we frolicked around for a bit.
The rocks nearby were covered in candles, and there were a bunch of other deer sitting up there. I attempted to join them, failing again and again to negotiate the geometry, and I am sure the other deer must have been laughing at my attempts to climb up. I made it up there in the end haha.
And there I am now and shall remain until I head off to bed, happy to be in such pleasant company. <3

Hahah!
The weather was definitely very trippy!! I love the bubbles so much!
And those rocks are like my mortal enemy, I always struggle with climbing up there too!!
I'm happy if it's of some entertainment for others though!
Thank you for the wonderful time and hope to see you in the Forest again soon! <33
Hello Yak!! Welcome to the
I haven't gotten around to reply to your last post yet, but both of them have made me very happy. I loved re-dressing Yak couple days ago... when he was in his blue pajamas and all, when we ran into the giant
Also that first picture you've shared is beyond gorgeous, it feels as if its a scene ripped straight out of an impressionistic painting. If it's alright with you, could I try using it as a reference for some art if I (ever lol) get some free time? It is so dreamy, especially with the bunnies passing through

Despite my lot being all rams nobody has ram horns as imposing as those in the game. In fact only one of them has managed to muster any horns at all, and those... well... lol
(His name is Buster. He loves snuggles, Digestive biscuits, burping, and eating dandelions)
And yes in that first screenshot when I woke up I thought maybe someone was getting married in the ruins and I was experiencing confetti fallout haha.
Thanks for the tip about the candles, next time they are out I'll definitely try on the candle antlers, they do look very cool. (But I'll always be back to ram horns in the end!)

ahah I bounced off those
It was a brief frolic but I loved the effects, the bubbles were surprising and made me laugh especially when that first mega bubble appeared. I was like whaaaaaat??? haha
And yeah I am super lucky to be able to just go hang out with a bunch of chill, affectionate animals any time I like. It's just so calming and good for the soul <3
The forest has a bit of a similar vibe, I think! Hopefully I'll see you again there soon!

Oh the pajamas and the towers were great fun
Of course it's absolutely fine with me if you want to use that picture as an art reference, I'd be honoured. And I totally got lucky with the bunnies. I'd just taken out my phone to get a picture of the scene and these two bunnies came racing out into the field, ran round in circles chasing one another, and then ran off right past where I was sitting. Someone said all the picture needed was some eggs and chicks and we'd've had an Easter full house!
