If it had copied a deer's design, you should have said something about it in the first comment, like ArrowDoe said. And it also seems like it wasn't copied from your design. You just wanted the design so you said it was copied.

First off, 3's deer looks


First off, 3's deer looks quite different that the one you posted. Reffering to the complexity.
Also, it's clear she didn't intend to copy a design. Even if she did you can't copyright a design. Reason being is many people have similar ideas for things like this.
Either way, House claimed it first, so it's hers. Yarn is your own, so why would you need this design if they're so similar?

I enjoy how the fur around

I enjoy how the fur around his skull mask is tousled and rough, it makes a nice transition between the pale bone and the textured, darker rest of the body. Always a joy to see art from you 3.
