Well these green ones with the goldy "bums" are from the front page drops, they come in waves, I managed to crtl+click and refresh spam to get them. They...they are hard to get, most of the time I kept getting "has been taken" in my tabs. I just kept at it and manage to get them XD. I have also seen one in the Abandoned page o:
The OTHER new egg, yeah, there's another 8D. Is a new Alt Stone, the egg is slightly blue in colour and has dark blue spots. They're gotten by breeding Stones. I saw some on a Dragon Cave fansite.

I never really understood how to get Alt Dragons... you can just breed two of the same sort and sometimes such a dragon will appear?

Ah..yeah that's pretty much it XD. Keep breeding/ looking on the Abandoned Page until you find some. Same goes for the Alt Blacks and Vines, though with them you have to wait until they hatch x_x.
