Forgotten password

I have forgotten the password I've used on a separate account, and I cannot have another resent because on that account, I have used an email address that I cannot access because it does not exist (it's a long story involving a glitch that I had to bypass using a fake address). I suppose the only way to resolve this issue is by emailing the staff, but I'm not sure what their main email address(es) are. I can log in to the game with the account I use because the password is automatically there, just not on the forums.

Can someone please enlighten me?

I've lost my ZD antlers - is there a way to get them back?

Don't ask me how, but when I switched to my alternate account, I lost my ZD (zombie deer) antlers once I switched back again. They weren't off when I logged off, so I've not a clue.

Anyway, I'm aware that you usually have to wait 'til Halloween to get the ZD antlers (from the BZD), but that's ages away. Is there a way to get them back before then? Or do I have to stick with the default ones?

DotD pelt plea!

Some of you will have noticed my asking for someone to cast the DotD (Day of the Dead) pelt on my friend the other day. Unfortunately, her computer crashed at an inappropriate moment, and she lost the DotD pelt that Hum kindly gave to her (she is a new member, so is currently a fawn, and I'm sure you all know about the fading malarkey).

We would both love to be dressed up for the Festival (of Lights) tonight, so I am asking if someone would be so kind as to cast the pelt onto her as soon as possible? We're both in the Forest at the moment.

DotD pelt?

One of my friends would like their deer to wear the DotD (Day of the Dead) pelt, but I'm not quite sure how to acquire it. Could someone please enlighten me on this?

Where did the eeriness go?

I can't seem to see the purple haze or the gigantic mushrooms any longer. Has the eeriness left? I waited for it to load, but it doesn't look like it wants to. Apparently, the BZD is due to arrive from this day. Has anybody seen him yet?

I need a spot of assistance.

Today, I logged into the forest as usual, and waited for everything to load. Usually, my fawn's appearance will load in a couple of seconds, but this time, it didn't. I waited, but nothing at all happened. I tried to load my appearance, but nothing changed.

What's with this? I've always been able to load my appearance with no trouble, and I don't remember accidentally saving the default appearance for fawns.

Am I missing something, here?

edit; Thanks to the help of Kohva, I've obtained my appearance once again.
