Design Help?

I've been trying to draw a design for Serafiel. But then I've been stuck on the head *sobs* It looks like its missing something but WUT o-o
Anyone got any ideas?
(btw the anatomy looks horrible D:)

I was think of antler/horns

I was think of antler/horns but then finding the right shape and stuff....ugh decisions xD
It took a few attempts with the hind legs, for some reason they came out wonky LOL
