Something I decided to start just for fun. Everything is from my character, Dawn's, point of view.
Let's see where this takes me...



"Today was my first day out on my own. Mother was with me all the time until now; she told me I needed to learn to live on my own from now on. I wandered around for a bit, not sure of where I was supposed to go, or what I was supposed to do. I eventually found myself lost a sudden fog! I felt my way around until I came across some very large boulders. I decided to wait there for a while.

Then, out of nowhere I hear the most beautiful sound! It was almost like a deer's call, only smoother and more melodic. I wasn't sure of what to make of this sound. I even tried answering back, but I don't think whatever it was heard me. Above me flitted lots and lots of bats. I'd never seen so many in one place before.

There were also a few other deer that came to visit me for a short while. We played for a bit, but it was growing late quickly. After the other deer left, I curled up on top of the largest boulder and waited for tomorrow."
