Ok I have no idea what anything to do with ccs is, but I to make a bio and wanted it to look at least somewhat cool.

All I want to know how to do is add a BG to the page, make a header, how to put in scroll boxes.

I kind of want the layout to be like:

-header- (centered)

-Image- (left) -scrolling text box- (right)

-scrolling text box (left) -scrolling text box (right)


and then have some plain colored BG to all of it
