Just wondering how people manage to get their hands on it~ I feel it'd really pull my character's look together, and I tried downloading 3.13, but that didn't quite work out for me.

I've heard of people meeting with some 3.13 players to get it-- I guess what I'm wondering is if anyone's willing to lend a helping hand?

Yes, you have it right. ^^ Someone playing version 3.13 of TEF needs to cast it on you. Recently, I've been doing that for some people. If you'd like, I can cast it for you. Smiling
