Could someone help me with a CSS base?

So, i was wondering if a very sweet person could help me with a css code for Shimmer ^.^ my bio for her at the moment is too blaahhh, orignal!! Anyways haha, here is my... embarressing email sydney-bean@live.ca <--- , if you could send the code to that email, it would be fantastic! If you have any questions or if you are intrested and want further information, send me an email, or feel free to comment below of course Smiling AND YES! i did try the CSS helping blogs but I couldn't find anything I mean.. well its hard to explain (im bad at that xD)
I see all these people with such amazing CSS it would be fantastic if someone could help me start?

Whenever i switch it to

Whenever i switch it to BBcode most of my information disapears o.o Except relations. But when its unchecked everthing is there,
And i have two questions...
1. How do you make a hover, like hovering over a name. What is the code? Smiling
2. How do you get to pieces of information beside eachother.. Such as personality beside recent.
If i am speaking a whole other language im terribly sorry, im horrible at this XD

That's odd...wonder why it keeps vanishing...you lose the boxes though when you don't have that checked. um the hover code is in the code you have (the disclaimer is a hover code)

Not sure how to get it beside each other actually XD might have to ask others who are better with CSS.I only know a few things here and there XD

Despite it having the tooltip

Despite it having the tooltip code, here is the link to it just encase you need an explanation for how it works(kind of), should help if you're lost.
As far as getting info side by side, there are other methods to accomplishing it, but usually on TEFc I just go with tables. There is information on that here. Should do what you're wanting.
