Connection Problems Getting Worse

I have never had a great connection. My framerate is usually about 5 and on rare occasions 8. I thought this was how the game was for everyone. But I do not think that is the case. My connection seems to be getting worse. I have not been able to get my pictos to spread once today. And about 5 days ago (before I left) I was not able to get them to spread. Any clue what is going on?

Though I have no idea

Though I have no idea either, you are not alone. I've been having all those problems and something else. A few of my actions buttons just won't show up! And my hotkey are slow to respond, I have to wait a few seconds before I can even node twice or something simple. And someone was nice enough to spellspam me so i can get my lost set. But the problem was, we had my mask, but he cast another spell on me. I couldn't sneeze it off! that action button where you can sneeze off a mask, antlers and pelt and transformation spell never popped up while I was being spellspammed. Then when I laid down next to a sleeping deer ti showed up, but I could only sneeze of my pelt. I had over 5 on, but when I sneezed once,they ALL came off and I was a regular deer again! No fun!

Are you having that problem too?

I have never not had my

I have never not had my actions appear. Sometimes my nuzzle, sniff, eat mushrooms, scratch tree, and cast spell buttons will not work but, I can easily fix it by restarting the game. You should try re-installing the game. I have heard that fixes problems like that.c: Unfortunatly I seem to no longer be able to connect. :'c And may no longer be in the forest.

I don't know if it's related but I've been having this problem where everyone just freezes on me, although I usually don't get disconnected. I guess other players can still see me moving but I have to wait until the lag(?) passes before I can see anything from them.

It's odd, today I had an

It's odd, today I had an aweful connection, and usually I'm running circles around everyone else at well over 35-51 FPS (hense I have trouble slow walking with others because I move too fast in compairison, and can walk at the pace of many others running. XD), but today was like... 3 or less. (barely was able to move!)
Cleared up after restarting the whole laptop, but I don't think it just was my computer being weird now that I see this thread.

but from my day, I think if it gets really bad it helps to restart the computer and sign back on?

Ephra that happens to me constantly. It can be very annoying. :c
And Zerg I am hoping it is just today. But I had it the day I left for vacation. I assumed it would be fine when I returned. But it did not. :c

I've noticed the same thing

I've noticed the same thing Ephra mentioned... other than that, I have a weird problem where my game freezes for a few seconds with these things:
1) when I try to pick up flowers, 2) when the Devout Pelt is cast, and 3) when my deer walks through a tree. But after these things occur once, the game doesn't freeze. I think those are related to my non-gaming laptop though... =P

Do you play on a laptop? If you are, you can try changing the power plan to "high performance" (or something similar). Other than that... is your family trying to use the internet when you play?

I play on a macbook. I use

I play on a macbook. I use VMware Fusion (virtual machine) which runs Windows Vista. And yes my whole family uses the interent at the same time, constantly. We recently updated our interent, due to the fact it was running sooo slow. Could that be the problem?

I've noticed my internet

I've noticed my internet slows down when other people use it (and in some cases, it crashes, heh). (And we have high speed internet). But updating your internet should have helped your frame rate. Is it possible to play at a time when no one else is using the internet? You could test it that way.

Well the hard part is we have 8 computers at my house. All are always running and always connected to the interent. (My dad works with computers so he is constantly on) But that sounds like it may help. Tommorrow I plan to shut off all computers except mine. c: Hope it helps.
