Just hit p. =] The screenshots you take should then show up in your screenshots folder, usually located at Program Files > Tale of Tales > The Endless Forest 3 > screenshots.
If they don't show up due to you having Windows Vista, there should be a button called "compatibility files" you'll need to click on.
