Characters/Accounts *Question*

So I was thinking whether I should create a new character, and maybe I will later on. But what I don't understand is how other users do it.

Do I create a new account for my character?
Where does the chara's bio go?
Through which account do I roleplay?

I have no knowledge of RP, so forgive my nonsense.
All answers are appreciated!

It's all up to you. Some

It's all up to you. Some people have a main account they stay on, and put all the bios on there and just link the account in the bios as to which picto is used for that character. Some other people only post from one account, but put the character bio on the picto account it belongs to. It's completely up to you. ^_^

[1] You don't NEED to create a new account for him/her, although a lot of people keep multiple characters and, to me, pictograms are used as an 'identification' for them. Kind of like having mismatched socks but being the same thing. Like, how I use different pictos for my characters. One for Naiya, the other for Raiveen.
[2] Just put down some info, doesn't have to be perfect, in a blog and then submit it into the 'biography' category.
[3] Doesn't matter. :>
