one day I will write decent updates, but for now-

Has been sticking close to her family since Lina gave birth to five beautiful pups, which Cervena thinks has made her a great-grandmother - she is still unaware of Starless' children with Fay. Emanating love and support for all members of her family, and friendly toward any who appear to be on good terms with them.

Keeping an eye on Soét amidst the joy and excitement of the new arrivals. Made them a promise she fully intends to keep, and has been working to significantly decrease her responsibilities in her homeworld every moment she spends outside of the forest. To those who see and know her there, she comes off as calculated, driven, and purposeful, as if on a mission; and she is, but it is one that none of them could ever understand.

Today, learned something about Greitai that she is very glad to have become aware of. Came away from their conversation feeling an even greater sense of respect and gratefulness toward the raptoress. Since then, has been settled nearby Lina's den, watching over the area and feeling flares of excitement whenever she catches a peek of the newborn pups.

There is no one in the forest who Cervena looks forward to seeing more than this wolf. Cervena adores her mate completely and is utterly in love with him. She feels warm, safe, and comforted while around him. She gave him one of her feathers after he gave her a beautiful feather necklace. Beren means everything to her.

Who would have thought that the one raised to fear predators would fall in love with one?

They are products of Cervena's first pregnancy, fathered by her beloved wolf. She thinks they're absolutely beautiful and loves them so much. She gave them both one of her pheasant tail feathers as well, and can't wait to raise them.

W a a r h i j d ` The butterfly doe was Cervena's first friend upon entering the forest. She thinks Waar is absolutely wonderful and misses her greatly, hoping to see her again someday and spend more time with her.

G r e i t a i ` A close friend of Beren's that Cervena has always thought of as strong and unique. Thinks she looks very interesting and would like to get to know her more, already liking the time they all spend together with Beren.

N a t - N a t ` Cervena's sister-in-law whom she wishes to get to know better. She hasn't seen her around in a long time.

D j i n n ` One of Beren's close friends that Cervena would love to get to know more, but already thinks Djinn is a very kind doe.

K o d y ` Met him only once, but it made an impact on her perhaps because he is a wolf. She would like to meet him again sometime.

U m a y ` The lioness is very impressive to Cervena, and the red doe respects her despite barely knowing her.

R a v l y ` Initially, Cervena greatly disliked the dragon for being enemies with Beren. Wary of.

A s u r a ` Fear. Cervena was chased by him a very long time ago but he still makes an appearance in the few nightmares she has.

Cervena couldn't exactly remember how she'd gotten into the forest. She remembered running for the sake of running, the exhilaration she felt with the wind speeding past her face, and all of a sudden everything looked different. When she'd tried going back the way she came, it was just as if she were going in circles. The doe tilted her head at Waarhijd. "Were you born here?" she asked.

Waarhijd shook her head gentle. "No. It's a long story though.." She sighed, some time ago she found out what really happened with her, where she were born, and how she came here. "I can tell it you if you'd like." Telling about her past and real parents to someone didn't bothered her at all actually, she never really knew her parents so she wasn't really missing them.

Waarhijd smiled gentle. "Well..I kind of remember my birth, I lived in a country with snow everywhere. I dont know how long it toke, but a few days later I think I had to run, or that's what they told me. I guess 'they' were mom and dad. Because there was a fire, but I lost them between all those deer who try'd escaping too..I dont remember much after that, but everything went suddenly black, and..then I woke up here." She shook her head and sighed contently, hoping she didn't skipped anything.

Cervena pricked her ears. "Snow? Where I'm from, it used to snow everywhere too..." She trailed off, getting lost in her memories for a moment before bringing her attention back to Waarhijd's tale. The red doe's golden eyes widened when Waarhijd mentioned a fire. She used to have bonfires where she used to be.
Cervena blinked slowly and gave Waarhijd a quick comforting lick. "Do you miss your family?" she questioned the butterfly doe.

Waarhijd glanced at her when she mentioned that she came from a country with snow too. "Really? And how the forest looked like?" She asked, suddenly she got very interested in her. She shook her head gentle as she asked the question. "Mmh, Actually not really, I mean..I never knew them. But if I had the chance to meet them, I'd say yes." She would like to know who her real parents were, But she'd probably never see them. She smiled as she licked her cheek and returned the lick. "Tell me more about you're story..if you want.." She asked.

Cervena pricked her ears when

Cervena pricked her ears when Waarhijd asked to know more about herself. She took herself back to where she was from, closing her golden eyes to see her memories more vividly. "Winters were always longest... the forest didn't have much foliage during that time, but was packed with so many trees of varying shapes and sizes that it was easy to get lost in or hide. During the other seasons, there were so many leaves and bushes that the forest was very dense and it was difficult to maneuver through. There were so many creatures, like squirrels and frogs and birds... but during winter, the forest was desolate except for deer and wolves."
The red doe paused, deciding to talk about her family. "My father was strong, but he spent his time being drunk rather than gathering firewood for our bonfires." Cervena shook her head slowly with a half-hearted smile. Her father meant well, but he had bad judgement.
"My mother was kind and gentle, but she was oblivious and never seemed to notice when my sister and I were gone. My sister was a bit vain and selfish but was generally friendly, and we got along well. She died of pneumonia one winter. I used to put flowers every day on the place she liked to sit by the river.
"I like to run, because I think it's one of the most wonderful feelings in the world to have the wind blowing so quickly by your face. I was running one day, but suddenly realized that everything looked different. I looked around, and nothing was like I remember. I couldn't find my way back, and after some exploring, I found the Ruins and I knew I wasn't home. I don't know how to get back, but I like it here, and there are still lots of things to learn."

As Waarhijd listened she nodded slowly. "Mmm, The winter seemed to be the same, though..I never saw any other season. I wonder how it would look like in summer or spring. I think I'd never get the chance to see it though." As she listened at what she had to say about her family she try'd remembering more things from hers, Her ears flattened slightly about what she said about her sister. "Ohh...I'm so sorry for what happened to her, You must be missing her..I remember I wasn't the only fawn with my mom, there was someone next to me at my birth, maybe I had a brother or sister.." She shook her head gentle and looked back at her. "I'm glad you like it here, I'm glad I met you~" She smiled and leaned forward to groom her back.

Cervena smiled and looked around at the does' surroundings. "Well, this is what it looks like in summer and spring," she said with a laugh. She nodded slowly at Waarhijd's words. "I do miss her. We had a lot of fun times together, and after she passed away it was a bit lonely." The red doe's ears swiveled forward when Waarhijd mentioned that she had a sibling. "I hope that you can find out more about your past someday. I'm glad I met you too." Cervena fell silent when Waarhijd began to groom her back, and a small smile came to her thin muzzle. After a while, she twisted her neck around to look curiously at the butterfly doe. "Do you have a family in this forest?"

"Aww.." Waarhijd never liked to be alone, and thought how she would have feeled. But she smiled and licked her cheek. "I hope I will find out more someday, Mmyes.." She shook her head gentle when at her question and nodded. "Mm yes I have a family. It's a quit big one, hehe..First of all, you have Taliene, my adoptive mom. I haven't seen her for a while and I miss her, but I know she's fine. She, and Gehirn are the first deer I met in this forest, they adopted me as daughter, oh and, I and Gehirn broke someday becuase of some reason..I still miss him though.." She looked down, watching the good memories he had to him in her head, but she shook her head and looked back at her red friend next to her. "You have also Virgil, my adoptive uncle, Yori, My brother..also adoptive, uh, let's say, everyone I'm gonna name is adoptive." She chuckled. "Lonhro, my adoptive son, Amika..Uh..My..biological son..But he, uh..leaved.." She sighed. Mellamie, my biological daughter. Though, Amika and Mellamie were not from the same stag. Phelim, the father of Amika leaved me becuase of some reason, And suddenly I found Skelarrow, the stag I may call mine. ♥" A smile appeard on her face as she thought to him. "And then we got Mellamie, you should meet her once~ And..I think that's it, I hope I didn't missed anything.." She glanced at Cervena. "Do you have one~?" She asked.

Cervena's ears were pricked and listening to the butterfly doe as she told more of her story. She frowned. "I'm sorry about Gehirn," the red doe murmured, giving Waarhijd a comforting nuzzle. She had already become rather fond of her. Cervena was surprised about the large family that Waarhijd had, but then decided it was fitting that such a kind-hearted doe had many that loved her. "I would love to meet Mellamie one day," the red doe remarked with a nod. At Waarhijd's question, Cervena shook her head. "No, I don't have a family here. I haven't been here nearly long enough to get to know anyone that well, but I'm okay with being alone," she replied.

Waarhijd returned the nuzzle and smiled. "No, it's fine.." She nodded happily. "And she would love to meet you." She scooted a little closer to the doe and layed her head contently on her back. "I'm glad you think so, you're such a sweet and warmhearted doe, Cervena." She said and nipped her back fur.

Now that she thought about it, Waarhijd was the first friend she had made in this new forest, and knowing this made her smile. "Thank you for taking the time to talk to me," the red doe said between licking any fur out of place back down. "I liked learning more about you."

I dreamed of hundred unique deer living there. I dreamed of love, peace, happyness and play. I dreamed of my friends, I dreamed of everything I love." She says and looks at the horizon, the forest and everything she had meant the world to her. She looked back at her friend. "You, hun?" She asks and smiled a little brighter.

How beautiful. Waarhijd truly had a pure and wonderful soul. "What beautiful dreams," the red doe murmured, nuzzling the black butterfly doe. "Me?" Cervena looked down, thinking back and recalling the things she had dreamed. The memories rushed back easily, and her yellow gaze flickered back up to Waarhijd. "I dreamed of my family, too, but only a little. I dreamed more of this place, this forest. The fish in the Pond, the birds and squirrels in the trees, the faces of deer whose names I don't know but may or may not in the future. In my dream I observed those deer, like I do while I'm awake. What goes through their minds? What are their thought processes? What made them how they are now? I dreamed of all these questions but all I can do is imagine possible answers."
Cervena's gaze had found its way to the sky while she had been explaining her dreams to Waarhijd. Her mind was constantly thinking, bringing everything under a microscope for closer examination. Her dreams were often what she had been thinking about, or random events that could possibly happen in the future. This caused her to experience déjà vu more than average.

Waarhijd listened. Her dream sounded interesting and beautiful. She nods. "Hmm yeah, I know what you mean. You have beautiful dreams." She smiles and returns the nuzzle lovingly. Her eyes softly closed but she forced them to open again and looked at her friend. "Oh..I hate how I get so early tired lately..I should get some rest. Do you mind if I rest next to you, dear?" She asks with a smile and layed her head on her friend's shoulder. She licks it a few times before her eyes fell softly closed again. A purr escaped her throat and she stroke her friend's back with her head gentle.
