Ak, I remember having a cat that was like that. Try your best to get the pill to the back of her mouth, hold her jaw closed and massage her neck like Hooran said, and keep her head tilted upwards so she will have a hard time trying not to swallow the pill. Even if she seems like she has swallowed keep holding her like that for a few minutes just to be sure. You've probably done this already though, in which case... I hope you can get her to take it eventually, somehow. X3;

Ah.. We had trouble doing this, and you might think my technique is cruel, but I can assure you it's not if your cat really needs this pill lol.
We found a decent cheap pen lying around the house (something like this), screw the top off, take the spring and cartridge out so that you are left with the basic plastic coating of the pen. You then put the pill into the pen, and the end where the nib is obviously gets thinner, so the pill shouldn't fall out. You'll then need to quickly put the pen only slightly into your cats mouth, and blow into the side where the nib usually is, so that it should just go straight down their throat - this way they won't get a chance of spitting it back out. Don't worry, they won't choke. X3 Also you've gotta be careful the pill doesn't fall out when you put the pen into your cats mouth haha... Uh, good luck? D'; (Will probably take a few attempts btw)
Corell's idea is also really good, but our cat was no fool and certainly gave us a disgusted look when she went over to eat her food! LOL.
What we did when we had to give our cats medicine was get two people (but you can do it by yourself too). We'd have to force the pill into the cats mouth while someone held her, then one person would lick their finger and touch the cats nose. The cat would then lick her nose and swallow the pill. Usually she would swallow at first, but sometimes we had to do it twice. Hope this helps!
For this, you'll need at least two people. As scary as it sounds, you will need to shove your finger at least partway down your cat's throat, down far enough so they can't cough it back up. And you have to do it QUICKLY.
1. Have someone hold the cat securely, holding both back legs and front legs still.
2. Hold the cat's head and pop open their jaw.
3. QUICKLY poke the pill down their throat (you won't hurt them).
4. Then, and this is important part, have a small needleless syringe filled with a bit of water, and snatch that and eject it down their throat.
5. Clamp the cat's jaw shut with your hand and they should swallow the water, as well as the pill (much to their great frustration).
I'm not a vet, but I've helped contain enough cats -at- the vet's. xD Hope this at least somewhat helps~
