Can't connect to the game

Hi guys,

it seems that I can't connect to the endless forest anymore. I'm trying it since 2 days but nothing happens. There is just this "error message" and "Please wait.." over and over again.
Normally it connected me after a few attempts or when I logged in on a diferent time, but now it won't work no matter when or how many times I'm trying

Are there some server problems or am I the only one?

One moment, I'll check to see if I can log in.

While you're waiting: The TEF server is notorious for giving connection issues that are seemingly random. If you are connecting through a router, try resetting it.

edit: I can connect just fine. As I mentioned the TEF server is a fickle beast, but here are some things that could help you connect:

- if you are connecting your computer to the internet by wifi, check the strength of your connection. A weaker connection can prevent TEF from connecting. If you are connected via a hardline ignore this.

- restart your computer, I'm sure you've done this already, but it can't hurt to try.

First of all: thanks for the

First of all: thanks for the answers!

I restarted the modem and the pc, yet nothing changed. That is really strange because I'm playing the game since about 4 months and never had SUCH connection problems. Even during the Halloween event. But just one day after the fog disappeared I somehow couldn't log in anymore.

I'll uninstall the game tomorrow, thanks for the hint Smiling

Odd as it sounds that isn't

Odd as it sounds that isn't uncommon for TEF. The majority of players will have connection problems at one point or another, and there have been cases where players have mysteriously been unable to connect for months at a time only to have the issue resolve itself.

Hopefully a fresh installation will help!

Try right clicking the icon

Try right clicking the icon and select run as administrator. Sometimes that helps when I'm trying to connect.

Sounds like the problem I've been having. Hopefully it does fix itself as well soon.

Try a registry cleaner. Tip:

Try a registry cleaner. Tip: don't delete the corrupt registry files, select the option to fix them instead.
Find one at download.cnet.com

This has helped another individual to connect when they couldn't before cleaning the registry.
Good luck!
