Calling all writers and artists!

Hello writers/artists of TEF!

My friend from University, who is also a part of my writing friend circle, is starting up an online art/lit magazine called Niche Lit and they are currently accepting submissions. I know many of you here have original work you spend a lot of time on but have no means to share it. Here's your chance! I too am working on something to submit. If you're interested, click the link to the site, read through it - but have some patience, it is still under construction - and get to it!

The deadline for submissions is October 1st.

Now that people are

Now that people are seeing/bumping this, I might warn you that they do reject submissions. Please don't feel disheartened by this, and just go ahead and try. You never know if what you've sent in will catch their interest. No harm in giving it a shot, right?

Of course~ Interestingly enough, they said they provide critiques to declined entries? I find that really amazing, considering that they're probably going to be getting a crapton of submissions in the future XD

Just a question: it says under "past issues" that the deadline for the 1st issue is December 1st - not October 1st?

Anjall - it's quite possible that they extended the deadline; when I advertised it was still October 1st but maybe they are waiting for more submissions. I'm not a part of their team; I'm only a friend of the founder of Niche and so I try to spread the word. Smiling If it says December 1st then it probably is so.

I actually think I remember reading on one of the pages that the first issue wouldn't be out until...January? So yeah, December is possible.

shaku - yeah I have no idea how/if they're actually doing that. XD That's a lot of energy and time they'd have to put in. I guess I'll see when I'm rejected. Sticking out tongue
