He appears around halloween, and is a zombie deer, just extra big (the size of the gods).
I guess it would be Michael or Auriea who play as them, since they ar ethe only ones who can play as big deer.
And he does wake up, someone got an awesome image of him once where he was rearing up c8
And the way to get the zombie set, is when the big zombie deer is around, you cast a mask spell onto him, you get the skull mask.
You cast an antler spell onto him, you get the Zombie Antlers.
You cast a pelt spell onto him, You get the zombie pelt. c8

The BZD comes closer to Halloween [20th maybe? a little after Halloween as well], when he does come on the forest gets dark and foggy so you'll know once you log on, and because the weather blog [posted by jala] will be updated as well.
There are many zombie deer,
But if that's not it, I think your talking about the creators of the game, Michael and Audriea [whos names I can never spell correctly >_<]
