I'd like to ask whether anybody's experienced a connection problem where you've lost your pictogram?
Everybody else has theirs, though.
Additionally, with players being frozen, where they're stuck running on the spot until you approach them, at which they stop, and don't move at all. Kind of creepy.
It's happened yesterday too, though the day before the Forest connected just fine.
My connection is an orange dot, where most of the time I get a green, and I always run in admin.

I tried searching this, but came up with no recent results. If the answer's somewhere in front of my face and I'm simply not seeing it, apologies...

I received this account a while ago from another player. Naturally, after I activated it, I changed the password to something that would stick a little better in my mind, then left the account alone for a while so the fawn would age.

Now when I go to use it, I can't log into the forest.

I've tried both the old and new password many times on both the site and game itself. I've also tried changing it to an entirely new password, but that doesn't work as well. I doubt I could get on the site at all if my browser hadn't saved some mysterious 4 letter password that lets me at least get this far.

This is a bit of a headache. Is there something I can do myself, before I resort to contacting M&A?
