I logged in on Halloween to see the sights there are to see, and after a while I laid down in the pond. I wasn't aware it'd give me a new pelt and so I tried getting rid of it. No matter what I did, I couldn't get rid of the swan pelt and so I logged out to see if that would help. When I logged back in, I was the regular default deer no matter what I did. Because I'm stupid, I also clicked "Save" instead of "Load" at one point (Which I don't know if that made a difference considering I was still the default looking deer). This wouldn't bother me if I didn't have limited edition items. I had the skull mask that you get from the BZD and I had the candle antlers. Really, I don't care about the antlers at this point. I had been after the skull mask for years and this year was finally the one where I got my hands on one, and a glitch took it all away from me.
I don't know what I expect, really, but I just want my items back. I need someone's help. I don't know if anyone can help in this situation but this actually really crushed me when I realized what happened. I don't care about the antlers and I don't care about the pelt at this point. I can get the pelt back and the antlers aren't too big of a deal for me, but the mask is the one thing I didn't want to lose. Thank you for reading, and if you can help please do. I don't know if anyone can or if there's anything to be done, but I'm really hoping here.

Can anyone help me? I don't know how I can get a skull mask

So, first of all, english isnt my main language. I struggle to explain it even in portuguese (my main language) so in english it will be v v v v confusing so... Sorry lol.
So... A friend of mine cast the crow in my deer. (The laying between the mushrooms thing) and i really like it. So my question is. If i save the crow, then load it again (with the crow). and then remove it, will my old deer still be there? (With the antlers, mask and pelt it had before the crow?).
Someone told me that i can only have one pelt one mask and one antler at time but i thought the crow (the symbol of a thos in the game) didnt counted as any of those.

Does anyone play world of warcarft here ? I am playing on eu servers as I am from England haha , I have a level 100 shaman that needs to get to 110 as I wanna start raiding with her in some of this new content...from legion =) If anyone is interested in leveling please let me know! it doesn't have to be rushy and all we can just enjoy the story lines etc.
