I feal a little discouraged after obtaining a new pelt or mask or antlers only to have them go away soon after i get them. Is there any suggestions on how to get through this first month. things to do ect?

I'm really starting to like this, just a few things i need to know. How do you keep antlers, pelts ect? if you cant keep them, how long before they ware off? Also how do you get the neat halloween antlers and masks?
