A doe, her body dark wth golden rays, walks through the Forest. Upon her head sweeping antlers, heavy with bloom, curve up to the sky. Her mask is a butterfly's voice that echoes the pain that she feels.
Plumeria comes to a patch of violets. They welcome her, and know who she is. Sun rays filter down through dense branches to illuminate soft dust motes floating about the violets. She stops and lays down within the flowers, her head on the ground, and stares into nothing.
"There was a deer," she says, speaking to no one in particular but the flowers. "A deer in the Abio. That deer looked exactly like Taint... It wasn't her but every time I looked at that deer I felt so... so... It hurt so much." She squeezes her eyes tightly. "The word 'Why' repeated itself over and over in my head..."
She lifts her head up and gently examines the petals of a violet with a delicate hoof. "Am I really nothing to her?" she asks the violets, and she tries to stop the tears but they come through anyways. "Does she care not for me? Not a thing? It can't be, can it? But her words... I... "
Large drops of sadness splash onto the violets, and they quiver from the salt. But Plumeria is oblivious as sobs rack her body.

At last, no tears are left. Feeling hollow, she gazes with half-lidded eyes at the violets. They seem to wrap around her to comfort her.
"Violets..." she whispers, "Why do I cry so much for one deer? What is this?"
Because, say the violets.
And Plumeria understands.

"Because I love her," she says, her voice surprised.
Suddenly exhausted, she lays her head down and falls asleep, lulled by the soft melodies of the violets.

Abio Question

Heh, since I couldn't manage to get to either of these Abios, though I did enjoy blowing bubbles, ^.^;;; is there generally one for Christmas/Hanukkah?

LULZ. I'm so dumb.

So, I missed the first Abio because I was busy, but I decided it wasn't all that bad, I could just attend the second one. SO, I figure out the time it would be (-5 hours from Belgium time, so it would be 5 AM). I logged on at 5 AM, according to my computer, and I was immediately greeted with a huge "THE END" in my face. xD

The daylight savings time screwed me over! Heh, I felt really stupid. But, the lag was so bad (about 1-2 fps) that it was hard to do anything.
And, on the bright side, I saw a god or two for a few seconds, those delicious golden ribbon antlers on Aueria, finally saw the cabin in the birch forest (that thing is oddly surreal), and I enjoyed the rain. So, it wasn't all bad.

I still feel like an idiot, though xD

Antics 11-1 to 2-08: The Ghost Deer

Most of the screenshots in this are of sightings of the Ghost Deer. =]
Magnet went to sit with Aspen who was sitting at the Sunbeam. He fell asleep, and she disappeared during that time. And he woke up to Pingüino standing next to him. o.o

Nom antler.

Blue walked around, glad to have the Forest giant zombie free again. The creepy fog and all the zombie-deer were weirding him out.
Cue impromptu game of Devout Tag with Sqish! XD I was having too much fun to take screenshots of it. It ended when they both fell in the pond.

I switched to Scape to show Sqish who I was, but I saw he was leaving to get his set, so I had Scape do the same.
He came back in his "evil dove" set. X] Sneezed to zombie and surprised Sqish.
A little later, Laruna turned Scape into a squirrel.

Squirrels are scary?

Scape left for awhile, then I had him come back later. I left the room, came back to the see the internet down, and when I moved the mouse to stop the camera rotating in "spy mode", he was sleep-floating. o.o After I got him down, the reflection went weird.

This normally only happens when I'm offline, but I was connected again and the pictos had spread. O.o
I spotted Nurra walking around, and then she walked by really close.
