Bit of a pickle xD ...

Well i have this problem with the game, I have downloaded it and made a profile etc ~Obviously :D~ but me nor my friend can sort it out? I have a desktop icon and everything she has but it's not working which is a tad irritating D: I click on the icon and it just goes into a small sized, white box on my screen and then a notice pops up saying 'don't send/ send error' and then eventually crashes but there is never an image on it...
Any possible advice?

About your problem: I have had the same, I avoided it unistalling and reinstalling the game. I dont' know if this can work for you... I hope so!

, I will deleted it and uninstall it(?) and then re-install it to see if it helps. And don't worry Sapphire i know you tried some peoples strong points just aren't computers LAWL

Sometimes deleting

Sometimes deleting everything, and i mean everything, and then re-installing it can help. Sometimes when you do the normal uninstall it will still leave folders that can mess for when you get it back on your computer.

I've been having this problem for a while, but If I can sort it out before you do I would be happy to help you out.
