I've been offering CSS commissions for some time now, and have continued to improve because of it!! All my CSS commissions can come with custom decorative art, paintings, pixels or whatever else is needed as long as I know I can do it well for a few extra dollars. You can either come to me with a specific idea of what you'd like or have me design one on my own, either way is fine. All CSS can come with as many tabs, images, hovers or whatever else kind of fancy codes you can imagine. The only thing that will get you can up charge is excessive tabs within tabs, as they can be a pain. All CSS comes with a limit of 3 fonts, only because that's current design regulations and anymore can be a bit jarring.
As for payment I take USD via Paypal or art-- depending on the style and the css. If you have any questions, let me know!!

SO i've moved my css commissions here, and edited a bit of my info. im slowly gonna slip back into the forest, and i think the characters ive chose to be active on are belail, lacey and a SURPRISE char plus etros and ouza will be semi-active tooo. i need to do css for that new one and re-do belaiaials... HNNg ill change the active slots in the middle soon....
