Artblock'd? Try drawing a...

Quad Raptor. I'm really curious as to what you guys would visualize a Quad Raptor to be. I won't describe one because I've never really drawn one myself (QuadRaptor was a cyborg character from a different community, not actually a raptor)

I know I am an art whore but I would really appreciate any kind of a response to this. Kind of going through a lot of IRL stuff and this would mean a lot to me. Thanks for your help - I might actually create a raptor character based on the designs done.

I really don't want you guys to use him for 'inspiration', but here is what Chris "QuadRaptor" Datè looks like. He was a cyborg hunter from a first-person shooter game I played, and I made him on City of Heroes for reference.



In a related note, one of my other heroes reminds me of my stoat, Iugulare. Eye

Mhmm...he can be any kind of raptor, too.

One of my heroes a long time ago was Talon from the video game Primal Rage. I loved his head feathers and white tummy, and still have the action figures when they were available. Those are collectibles now.

Umm of course I like the Toronto Raptors mascot Eye

But yeah, a quad raptor can be inspired by anything, really. *shrug*

I was obsessed with

I was obsessed with velociraptors when I was a little kid, and I played a first-person shooter game called Quake. I originally went by 'Raptor', but found out there were a few other people by the same name so people mistook me for their friend. There was a powerup in the game called "Quad Damage", so I just combined the two and came up with QuadRaptor, which stood for "Four Raptors".

I've used this name since I've been on the internet, and ultimately found the Endless Forest. I decided to stay with the same nickname, and it's funny because I originally didn't give a nickname to my deer. About the time the community site was set up was when I decided to name my deer "Quad".

Pfft you like the same two characters I do. I also thought it was funny that Sauron had the same name as the eye from the Lord of the Rings. Every time they said his name, I was like "Pfft so they're fighting a giant T-Rex!" XD

Sorry the design is kind of plain... I thought of him having spikes sort of like his gazelle antlers but I couldn't think of anything more. xD Let me know if you want the original sketch to mess with.

That's...gorgeously....awesome!! I totally love the design, and have always loved the idea of spikes or feathers coming out of the head. And he has Quad's colors! Totally cool!!

Thanks guys! I totally love both of them! XD

Speaking of Digimon, Seadramon was always my personal favorite. Trigger's Quad Raptor looks a lot like him, actually! And Kitrako, I totally love his face! He looks like a nice raptor! XD

Those really have me thinking about how I'd like to design a quad raptor, I love how you guys have incorporated Quad's blue and white colors, but it would be interesting to have an albino raptor, too.

I made a character on Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion that was a little inspired by the drawings you guys did. I had a tough time with his coloring, though, so he's straight red but I shaped his head like a raptor.
