This is my belated half of an art trade with Xylv, of her new character that's still in the design process I guess, his bio is here. Not sure if this is what you had in mind, and I kind of threw away the candles on his candlers and just left the flames. Tried to make him look sort of fishy. If you can't tell whether those things coming out under his elbows are fins or fur, that's because I'm not sure either.
