I decided to quickly throw together an interaction guide for Alabaster, since hes permanently IC in the forest!
I'll be moving this over to his Bio when it gets put up but until now.
This is Alabaster Currently
Updated 02/04/2013. Some of the below actions now mean different things!
Rearing usually followed by a fighting stance - Playfighting, though this is very hard to distinguish from real fighting especially as he plays very rough. This is becoming rarer as he is losing interest in play.
Rearing, followed by a jump towards another deer - Actual fighting, He is stabbing at the other deer with his antlers (Or as a fawn, nubs/head). This is a continuous action until he or the other deer become injured or leave.
Cutting off someones path, aggressive stance, rearing - Challenging, or possibly if he is cutting off someones path to another deer, guarding them/claiming them.
Mooing/bleating - Alabaster rarely calls, If he moos near a deer its very likely he wants that specific deers attention, and only as a sort of final attempt.
Carrying poppies on head/antlers - Injured (a metaphor for the wounds, Alabaster doesn't carry flowers).
Taunt - Insult or Huff, if a deer is not giving him attention he stomps about angrily // Throws some insults at them.
Sleeping beside/Lying beside (for a duration) - A claim, Alabaster treats you as property or sees you as an ally. He's incapable of friends.
Backing away - You probably tried to touch him. He despises being touched. He'll let you know this by backing away and shaking his head angrily. If not, and followed by a rear, he's about to charge.
Alabaster now despises touch so much, he may turn aggressive and show his new antlers off, or stab at your deer without warning. Just don't touch him unless he touches you.
Does not Bow/Dance - Bowing is a lowly action, Alabaster permits others to bow but usually as an adult he will nod approvingly, as a fawn he will just take it as a indication of playing. Dancing confuses him, he thinks its stupid.
Momentary Dance - Excited/Happy wiggle. VERY rare, especially as an adult.
Rub - Expression of Alabasters capability of friendship, a wish to exchange scents and touch another. Extremely rare, an honor reserved only for his father currently.
Sudden pause, listening, head tilt - Heard a bird, such as a deer in the shape of a crow/dove or an actual crow/dove (for the users who play birds). If hes not occupied he often tries to find them.
Stream jumping - Alabasters favourite fawn-game is jump-the-river/stream, he can spend a long time doing this monotonously and seems to find pleasure in going so. To see him doing this as an adult is incredibly, incredibly rare.
Circling for a long time - Hormones are playing up, he's trying to herd this deer towards either his other claimed deer or allies, or away from other stags. A deer does not have to be female, or even appear female, for him to feel this way.
Shadowing - You're interesting to him, its either someone he wants to claim, has claimed or someone of great importance. Shadowing but refusing to come near is someone he wants to interact with but can't for some reason.
Staring at/not moving during interactions - Alabaster no longer is as interested in playing as he was, so don't be put off if, although obviously not afk, he doesn't appear to be doing anything.

Mini FAQ
Why is he staring - A judgment of character. Alabaster is also very limited in his range of interactions since he does not vocalise, play or snuggle.
Why does he bow to others and not me? - A great privilege or an attempt to make you believe he likes you, or is not as bad as he may later reveal to be.
WHY DOESN'T HE GO AWAY - He likes you c;
MAKE HIM GO AWAY - This is either because you're a claim, or an ally. If you find yourself being shadowed and followed you can scare him away by trying to fight (though he'll often try to fight back) or by "taunting" to which he'll find insulting (may take a few attempts depending how much he likes you, he just might retreat to a safer distance a few times before giving up completely).

In the forest Alabaster as a fawn is usually seen with the grey fawn pelt and beluga antlers. Do not be shy ic or ooc casting a pelt spell on him if you see me without this pelt/antlers while I appear not to be interacting with anyone. (I will be thanking you irl <3)

//Going to casually pretend
It wasn't hard to find the doe-fawn, she was so brightly hued it was like checking under every tree base for a little rainbow in itself. The greyish-brown fawn noisily cleared his throat as he approached her current position, too bold and high-and-mighty to bother with hellos he immediately swapped to;
"Where did you go?" he snapped, as if it was her fault they had been separated. The anger in his voice was easily detected as just a soreness. Everything was usually by his terms and he couldn't help but feel annoyed.
The larger fawn immediately puffed out his little chest and hmphed, but awaited an answer with flicking ears.
She looked at the fawn with
In an adult's stern voice Nunu said...
"I went back to my tree thank you very much. You'll find me here if I'm not accompanined by another deer. But do not bother me if I am with someone else."
Nunu flicked her tail back and forth like a cat showing her annoyance.
The male was a little put
"You can't tell me what to do." Alabaster muttered, still staring away before he glanced back, puffing up again; "Why can't I?" he finally declared with a hint of defiance.
Nu lowered her tail with a
"It's called respect Alabaster..."
Another defiant snort, and
"I'm bored anyhow, Wanna tussle?" He declared, immediately assuming a semi-aggressive pose, a smirk upon his face. It was unclear whether he changed subjects because he didn't want to anger her, or simply didn't care what she had to say.
"No." She looked at him
She looked at him intensely fluffing up her tail.
"Someone I like is here, I must go.. sorry Alabaster... Maybe another time."
possibly may I rp with him
if yes, I don't have a preference whether its a new one or not, if it's okay with Emikomi I'm okay with joining in the current one.
It's fine by me. c:

No one was more important that he was, how dare she pick another over him! Bristling all over he just frowned deeply, hooves together and head aloft to give the image of being larger, more powerful, possibly scarier.
For a fawn that is. If NuNu did leave without responding, Alabaster just stood and watched her go. He made a mental note to be in a sulk with her, despite the gnawing curiosity to know who could possibly be a better playmate than he?
// Thats fine! Considering NuNu is about to leave in this mini-plot, you can just jump right in if you'd like!

Whirling around with angry, narrowed red eyes he hissed slightly. Confronted with a tiny canine... creature? For a moment the brown/grey pelted child tilted his head, brows quirking as if he forgot to be furious.
”What are you?” he declared tactlessly, craning his neck forth to sniff at the strange little female but stepping back so she’d be less inclined to touch him again. He immediately could detect that she seemed to be having trouble focusing on things just by looking at her eyes, but that didn’t excuse her.
The irritation she picked up
Taz didn't know he stepped back to dissuade contact, she thought it would be rude of her to not return his 'greeting'. The pup moved a bit closer and gave a polite sniff. Then she had an idea. She thought maybe the object that was with her upon her entry to the forest might be something special. After all, it did smell like her. The place she kept it was nearby, so she went to fetch it before returning, stumbling multiple times along the way. Taz held a dull green collar, tiny by anyone else's standards but average to her, that looked like it had been chewed through. The tag was engraved with 'Taz' but she couldn't read it, nor did she know her own name. What could it mean.
Mind if I join in? It can be

Whoops! I see, lol! xD!
The brown/grey male watched
”What a stupid creature.” he decided. Merely because her shape was something he had never encountered before. Everyone he had ever met was either deer, or a lesser creature like a bird or rodent. Ausar had spoken of wolves and dogs before but Alabaster wasn’t very inclined to believe him.
Besides, this stumbly runty wordless female didn’t seem anything like the snarling death-bringers his daddy told stories of. Alabaster turned to leave at that point, starting a slow walk away when his ears flicked to the sound of her bounding back towards him. In idle interest he turned to look.
He had no idea what the collar was, or what it could mean, but it was pretty to an extent because of its foreignness. He sort of wanted it for that reason.
”What is that?” the male finally said, emphasising the ‘is’ to express his confusion clearly, leaning down to sniff at the dull green fabric (whether it was in her mouth or she had dropped it, regardless). Immediately he brought his head back up to look at her;
”Who even are you?”
//It's fine with me if you roll into this one! As long as its alright with Jinxy and we keep to this sort of posting order ;3; <3

Snorting again the larger
Sadly, Alabaster didn't know how to read. He just made an agreeing little sound in his throat; "I think this must be one of those two-leg things. Where did you get it?" the greyish-brown fawn asked, lifting his head to look at the female as if he already understood everything. A ruse to appear smarter.
He was distracted for a moment by the sound of anothers voice a few meters away, and turned to look. Interested in case this other person was someone with answers. What he did see perplexed him more than the strange collar. What on earth was wrong with that deers... pelt?
Not being close enough to hear what he said, Alabaster just quirked a brow and frowned deeply in concentrating curiousity. He had no concept of clothing like the other male, and slowly looked at the pup out of the side of his eyes for her response.

Noisily snorting, the young male was about to say something when he heard a familiar voice. His small tail flicking momentarily he took his eyes away from Taz and looked over his shoulder;
"Cremello, over here!" He declared, before turning back to the little canid, hoping his so called ditzy accomplice would be able to find him from his single call. Clearing his throat the fawn dipped down to sniff at the collar again, deciding Taz wasn't going to answer (Mute perhaps?) he turned to stare into the leafy green grasses behind him for his favourite girl.
