I just needed a break and to concentrate on other things, sorry i keep disappearing ¬¬ Also had a graphics card failure so have just installed a new one an going through old stuff after three reformats of my windows drive I was like OMG EF! MUUUUST INSTALLLL!
I can't really find much to critic, since I see this is still in an early stage so I can't say what's a guideline and what's an outline.
I guess the only thing I can see needing some work are legs and background, but I bet you're still going to work on them and, omg_I_can't_do_anything_like_that so yeah :p
And oh_twin_gods those designs are pretty much making my eyes bleed :D

I think I just died of amazement. This is wondrous! The numerous poses, very dynamics, the shading and painting, the sketch style, the faces, the background...

I've been stalking this...I absolutely love pictures of the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse and your finished result didn't disappoint me either! It's brilliant...I love the little hangman in the background on the tree too ^^
They all look so powerful and steady, the moonlight is an amazing touch, and the small details like the hangman and the halters make this all the more awesome...but this is altogether too brilliant for words.
