Find some aloe to rub on.
It burns like a mofo at first but is cooling and soothing after a while.

Wear lots of sun screen too.

When my family went to Cancun my brother spent too long in the sun and ended up getting 2nd degree sun burns with boils and..yeah you get the picture.

Don't become a boilfest :x
