Went to the Pond for a drink. When she turned around, she saw two males she had recently watched, and her curiosity outweighed her fear. Came closer, but still with a considerable amount of distance between them. Was frightened away by a deer that came too close too quickly, and ran until she reached the Birch Forest. Was found by the two males there, but her fear slowly dwindled until she felt comfortable enough to sit nearby.

She is extremely shy and flighty, and will cower at strangers and flee if they get too close. To gain her trust, spend time with her and do not force your presence upon her. She will see that you are "safe" and will feel more relaxed and thus become a braver - it doesn't usually take her too long to become calmer around you. But the more abrupt moves you do while she is still nervous, the less brave she'll be, and she'll eventually run off if you come too close too soon. Come several yards away so she sees you, and be calm. Let her come to you (:

If a deer is pretending to be kind to her, and acts friendly, she'll think they mean well and her fear of them will fade faster. If a deer ever gives her reasons why doing bad things is to her advantage, she'll believe it.

She is as fascinated by the things that scare her as she is frightened of them. If there is an individual who chases her or she witnesses do something bad, she'll become afraid of them but very curious as well and may follow them if she senses them somewhere in the forest.

She also likes to follow and observe deer that catch her interest, and can be easily taken as stalking. She doesn't know she's stalking, and she doesn't think of it that way. She focuses on things and becomes obsessive over them. Performing aggressive actions {lowering antlers, taunting, rearing, charging} will chase her off.

Liange isn't afraid of fawns, and in fact loves them very much. However, if a fawn shows aggression, Liange will attempt to convince it to behave otherwise. She doesn't like bad behavior in fawns - she wants to guide them to be good individuals. She less afraid of does and mini deer unless they make many sudden moves around her. Nameless deer set her on edge because of their unpredictability.

She is a sweet and gentle doe, but seems like she is hiding something secret. She's vague and brief when she speaks of some things. She usually behaves this way when talking about her past or her family.
Liange is also a little deceptive. She can lead someone to believe something when really it's not true. She often does this when others ask about her history - she'll be general but reveal a fact or two, though there's a strong chance it's a lie.

Liange becomes quite clingy when she becomes close with deer. She'll always seek them out in-Forest and be their shadow. If they get annoyed and tell her to stop following, she'll feel bad and usually avoid them for a while, being overcome with sadness each time she sees them. She's rather sensitive and takes things to heart. A little taunt at her will put her on the edge and she'll be wary for some time afterward. She seems to forgive, and sometimes she really does... but she never forgets.

These are the actions she uses and how you can translate them into their true meaning:

Bow + Head Tilt {Curtsy}: Hello. / Farewell.

Sniff + Head Tilt: Are you all right? {used to make sure friends are all right, if they're injured or something} / Who are you?
- Sniff, Nod: A pleasure to meet you.

Scratch or Scratch + Nod: Follow me.
- Scratch + Head Tilt + Nod: Would you like to rest here?
- Scratch + Shake Head: Don't follow me.
- Scratch, quickly log off: I'll be right back~

Roar: I'm over here! {signaling her location or responding to another roar}
- Roar {multiple times}: Help! {she's in trouble and needs help - will often roar multiple times in quick succession to get the attention of others}

Antler: Stay back! {used if a deer is attacking her/a friend and she's trying to defend herself/her friends}

Taunt: Go away. / Back off.
- Taunt + Nod: Encouraging violence of some sort or teasing.

Cower: She is frightened.
- Back Away, Cower: P-please leave... / Wh-What are you doing...? {used if she is fearful for some reason}
- Cower + Head Tilt: She is uncertain or wondering why she is being attacked/chased/etc.

Head Tilt: Why? / What? {used when questioning the actions of another deer}
- Head Tilt + Shake Head: I don't understand. {used when she cannot decode the actions of another deer} / What's wrong with you/them? {often used when another deer is acting odd or fawns are being 'foolish'}
- Head Tilt + Nod: Do you like that? / Do you want me to do that? / Oh really?

Amazed: *gasp* {used when she saw/felt something shocking}
- Amazed + Head Tilt: Really?! / Huh?

Nuzzle: Only nuzzles those she trusts.
- Nuzzle + Taunt: Flirting.
- Nuzzle + Taunt + Nod: Flirtatious approval.

Sad: If another deer does the Cower + Head Tilt or Sad+ Head Tilt, asking why she's afraid, Liange will perform the sad emote to show that she's a shy, frightened individual and she just can't help being the way she is. She also uses this if a deer she had been playing with logs off.
- Sad + Head Tilt + Nod: I'm so sorry... do you forgive me? {used as an apology}
- Sad + Curtsy: I must leave now... {used if I have to get off the computer or am changing deer}

- Liange is extremely nervous, shy, and anxious. She will run if spelled, rapidly approached and not left alone, surrounded by many deer... the list goes on.

- However, she becomes very curious to the individuals she fears and may watch them from afar frequently. She might be reckless enough to approach in close quarters, even if she's well aware that the outcome may mean injury to herself. She loves what she fears, sometimes to the point of obsession.

- Liange adores grooming sessions. If she grooms your deer, she feels comfortable with them.

- She usually adores fawns and loves to dance with them.

Others are self-explanatory... laugh is when she thinks something's funny, etc.

Aha, so she's the one who

Aha, so she's the one who was with Dag when I had Andras in the forest (for the first time). So that means Liange (how do you pronounce that?) was one of the first two deer that he met. :3
He has the gray pelt and secretary bird antlers. Odd, she didn't seem shy, but maybe it's because she was with Dag.

No, not cute at all actually. She was raped by Chrona, so she's forced to have this fawn whether she wants to or not. However, they've strangely developed a close bond {made possible due to the fact that Liange is often mesmerized by the thigngs she fears} so she doesn't really mind the coming fawn anymore. She'd much prefer not being a mother, because her adopted daughter Memoir has been missing and is considered dead. So Liange thinks she failed at being a good mother. Who knows how this will turn out, LOL &hearts

Liange flinched at the harsh

^{Liange flinched at the harsh tone from Jorogumo, and against her will was pinned to the ground. She knew better than to struggle. It would get her no where.

Her ears were pinned, cerulean eyes trying to focus, tears brimming her eyes. She wouldn't let them fall.

"I-I... Joro, I wanted to see if it would hurt more if I drowned," Liange whispered in a tone barely audible, her eyes slowly focusing. She was trembling, the lacerations across her body having only stopped bleeding. Her stomach now showed clear evidence of a growing fawn.

Her ears drooped at Joro's next question, and her gaze dropped.

"Because he doesn't care about me anymore. She's going to bask in her glory every chance she gets. I don't want to give birth to an entire fawn. Especially one whose family is nonexistent. I don't think Chrona cares about what happens to it.

I spur on the evil because they like that I'm afraid - and I can't help it. I attract negativity. I am a curse, Joro. Nothing but a curse to everyone and everything.

She listened to her friend's words, her eyes never looking away or blinking. She could only stare. "Baka. You've no idea what you're talking about. There are plenty that care. I care.
You're weak if you let all of this get to you. Pain is hard to endure, and it takes time to fade, but killing yourself over it is out of the question.
I wont let you do it," She huffed, shaking her head furiously again and pressing her head into the other's fur. She did care, very much, for the timid doe.

"You don't have to go away...I can help you.

I will help you.

Think...of the little one. You die, you're taking away the opportunity for that fawn to have a chance to meet this world. To live," Jorogumo added, her voice but a whisper.
She'd tie Liange down if she had to. To keep her from ending her own life, and the unborn fawn's for that matter.

^{Liange flinched again at Jorogumo's harsh words, at being called weak, but everything the spider-doe said was true and Liange couldn't deny it. A soft sigh escaped her lips.

"I-I... th-thank you Joro," she whispered. She didn't know what else to say.

Feeling the gentle pressure into her fur caused the golden-pelted doe to relax some, and for her to think a little clearer.

Liange's sad gaze flickered up to Joro's. "But... how can you help me, Joro? What can you possibly do..."

She refused to let those tears fall. It was difficult, but she was determined to succeed.

Liange's gaze fell and her ears drooped when her unborn fawn was mentioned. Her head shook slowly and she suppressed a sob.

"But that's just it, Joro. If I die, I'm saving it from a horrible world. I don't want it to grow up fatherless, or with a father who leaves a bad example, with a mother who will lose it or run away from danger entirely forgetting it or snapping one day and killing it.

If I live... and it's not already dead from the fight today... I don't know what I'll do, Joro."}
