Hey there, it's nice to meet you too. I wish I could meet up with you in the forest right now, but the pc I'm on at the moment doesn't run the forest very well. Although, if there's ever another time you could come, I'm be glad to show you around. Don't ever worry about wasting my time, I'll always try to help anyone if they ask, so feel free to, at any time.

In answer to your question...yes, you're fawn will grow up about a month after registration. So, that will be about four weeks from now. As a fawn, if another deer/fawn casts a mask/antler/pelt spell on you, it won't stick, but when your fawn grows up, it will. However, you can have red/purple flowers around your fawns head if you like ^^

You're welcome. I'll try to come on to meet you as well, and help you. Usually, if you hang around with the other fawns, they are generally friendly ^^ About choosing a set...you're free to choose any you like, just have deer cast lots of mask/antler/pelt spells on you. If you find any you like, just don't sneeze them off [i.e a button will appear at the bottom of the screen that is like a black deer surrounded by golden rays or something, then if you click that, buttons with 1) antlers 2) mask 3) pelt 4) frog will also appear. If you click one of these that certain item will be 'sneezed off'] Although, if you get a pelt/antlers/mask that you like and someone casts another on you, you can always sneeze the extra one off to get the one you liked back. Don't worry about having to stick to a certain set of antlers/mask/pelt, you can change it whenever you want by having others cast spells on you again. Whenever you have a set you like, don't log out, or you will lose it, and have to be 'spellspammed' all over again, same with falling into the pond.
Also, as I said before, you can ask as many questions as you want, I'll try to answer them all. Although, I may not be able to answer some of them.

Ah, the skeleton mask...you can only get that mask at halloween. A Giant zombie deer will appear in the forest, and if you cast spells on him (mask spell - eat fungi from certain trees. You'll notice this because a button will appear with a deer eating from a tree on it. For the antler spell - rub against a tree, and a pine cone will fall out. You'll notice ths because a button will appear of a deer eating something from the ground. For the pelt spell - sit by a sleeping deer and when you hear a kind of jingle sound, stand up. You should be able to see a gold button with a black deer in it) then the spell will rebound onto you. This is the same for the zombie pelt and big red antlers.

That's right. You can't get the mask until Halloween, unless you ask someone if they'd be kind enough to send you the 'spelldata' for the zombie set. The spelldata for your deer is contained in the place you installed TEF, then userdata, spelldata.cfg. If someone sends you the zombie spelldata you can paste it into that folder and you'll have the skull mask etc.
The pelt that my deer has is another special pelt, yeah, the DotD pelt. Although I'm not sure when it's from...but, if I remember correctly, then if another player has an older version of the game, they can cast this pelt on you. That's how I got it...a friend has the older version.

It's ok, I'm not doing anything else except drawing and talking to my boyfriend on skype anyway. I should be able to come on in about half an hour, my dad's on the computer I use to go into the forest, sorry. Hmm...I'm not quite sure what you mean about sinking, I've never seen it before. Maybe you can show me when I log on.
