Its not really called the animate button but my brain is failing me so...sdjkfksd

Its like, you have a picture of something real, say a tree.
Then you can go into certain picture editor place, like Picnik (though Picnik does not have this feature)
And then you can go to like a....'cartoon' or 'animate' button, and it makes the picture look like it was drawn, instead of a real picture.

Sorry if you still dont get it. Im horrible when it comes to explaining. /shot
