Wish blinked his large now lite blue eyes "Whos that" the thought of a new person scared him a bit.

He stood slowly knowing the other would keep him safe "Oh..ok thanks.."

He smiled and they whent tyo the jeep, they drove about 20 miles out into the country, winding aroundlarge sighns pointing the enterances to "The Witchita Mountian Wildlife Refuge" and pulled up to a small old place called Trivets.

He got out and walked over to open her door then whent in side, an old lady in a blue apron smiled and told them to sit anywhere. He sat at a window both looking at the mountians of the refuge.

The small boy looked up at him and smiled his fang filled smile befor takeing his hand with his tiny one. Then grabbed his dark green bag.

The woman asked what they anted to drink. "Dr pepper"!

The old lady noded and sccuryed away.

@ Wish looked up awemazed and gigeled. He traced the air with his hand though he knew nothing would happenen. He was so happy right now, with someone who cared about him.

Wish could see people on lattle little hill by a bg oak tree. By THE oak tree. He looked down and pressed himself against Kylar griping his shirt with his tiny hand.

Wish didnt care about the bridge, and obviously Kylar didnt see the four little white flower covered crosses below it. He looked at the house apartment thing and smiled, he really liked it!

THe old woeman took there order Jackson Medium rare stake with cheeze sticks as they waited for Sheba.

Jackson looked around but was slightlybored, it was a small simple place, that hada sterange smeel and bad decore but the services people and food where good.

Kylar sat next to Wish on the bed, and put an arm around him for comfort.
"Why did they shoot you?" He asked, gently stroking the boy's shoulder.

She lifted her fingers when the wound sealed.
"Alright...that's that," She said. "You shouldn't feel pain now."

"You're welcome," Kahlan replied, before departing the room leaving Kylar and Wish alone.

Kylar held onto Wish. "Why did you hurt them?" Kylar asked. "I need you to tell me what happened." His tone was gentle but firm. He wouldn't press too hard but he needed to know. Was Wish in serious trouble?
