Candle antlers can be obtained at certain special times within The Forest. At these times (sometimes around Halloween, or the Day of the Dead) they can be found at the playground (the large group of rocks) where your deer can pick them up exactly like flowers from a flower patch.

Alternatively these candles can be obtained through the use of spell-data (the copying and pasting of files that trick the game into giving you sets without magic), however this is not condoned by the creators of TEF. There are several spell data guides as well as a link to a file that contains the candle antlers you are looking for, which you can find with a bit of searching with the Site Search Bar.

I know you were, but if you want them that badly, you can find them yourself or wait until they appear naturally in The Forest.
