I'm using a keyboard and i can do it :0

First i'm turning my deer while he's standing [by pressing the left/right direction keys] and while turning, i press the 'lie down' button. then i quicly klick the dance-button before all the buttons disappear and then [not sure is it required but i'm always doing this xD] the 'down' direction key. Then i roar so he won't stand up again and woilá, i'm sit sliding all over the place!

I'm not sure will this work for others but it's working for me.
