Yes, it was cast by a god. I'm using the newest version, although nameless with Michael's pictogram still appear now and then. I approached one with my stag and greeted it, and it didn't really do anything. I thought it was a glitched nameless, so I cast an antler spell on it to be friendly, but the spell stuck. Then it moved around a bit, cast itself into a bat, made a few candles appear and then it cast the BAN pelt onto my deer. It flew a little bit away before sitting on the ground and disappearing.
....Then Alone ran around the forest being excited, hee. XD;
I've also been redirected to random blogs, it seems to happen when the username is the same as the blogs title.
lucielulu- Just have your deer do what it does normally in forest, you never know when something strange will happen! :3
i've seen "nameless" with michael's picto running around too, they acted the same way being unresponsive and stuff, but never did anything god-like in front of me
does that BAN pelt stick to you now, or does it go away when you leave the game?
^ That's not so true, because if you use a pre 3.31 version of TEF then the Zombie pelt will appear as the Ban pelt - but others will only see you wearing the Zombie pelt. I tried it out a few weeks ago:
