"To be honest... I feel somehow.. lonely" She sighed. "I haven't seen some of my friends for very long time and i miss them.." She continued to look at the water.
He turned his head slightly, glanced at her again, before his eyes where lowered down to the ground again. He had heard this from someone else as well these days... 'lonelyness'. It seems it was a common 'disease' in this place. Beeing lonely. He though, didn't mind it to be alone from time to time, or even lonely. He was used to it. "Feel free to seek me out, at any time you wish for company." he offered politely... though he knew that he may wasn't the kind of company one would always wish for. He already had noticed many of the ones around here loved games, dancing and laughin.... he wasn't good at any of those things.
"Thank you... I enjoy spending time with you, sir.." She looked at the deer and smiled. He was so kind, and it is very nice. Most deer are very angry, and if you try to approach them - they will attack immediately. Or predators, recently more of them in the forest. Kaya is not go to strangers and keeps an eye out when they come up. She prefers to spend time with friendly friends who are in fact her "family."
He only gave a nod as a reply, before he turned his eyes away from her gain, back to the ground. Once more the albino fell silent. One more thing he wasn't good at: starting conversations.
In the past it was frobidden to talk without beeing requested to.
Pale eyes scanned the forest. It was a lazy day to the small, sad stag. He was spending time standing around, looking around. Sitting down, looking at his scars. He was tired of everything here and wanted to do something interesting.
Sighing, he looked around, greeted by the same deer he had been restless around since day one. He looked at each one, puzzled about how happy they could be in this dreary place. He grimaced at everyone one of them. Except the bright white one. It almost hurt his eyes how light this deer was. Igaston had never seen him before. He cautiously walked over, not really wanting to be seen. Until he saw the blank expression on the deer's face and it dissolved his caution. "Hi." He blurted out, wanting to talk to this deer.
@Kasmir: The albino had been deep in thoughts, not paying attention to his surrounding at all. Staring blankly at the ground in front of him... then suddly the sound of a voice let his ears twitch. Eyes where lifted from the ground immediately, then he hurried to get up. For a brief moment there could be a slight look of shock be visible on his face... for a careful observant... immediately his distant look covered it up again.
He cleared his throat, bowed politely. "Good day, Sir." he said quietly, glancing only quickly over the other's face, before his eyes where lowered to the ground again.
@LilyBlue: (Thank you ^^ )
The white returned the bow politely. "Can I help you, madame?"
The white doe inched a bit closer but made sure to give the male his space. Lowering herself onto the cold earth she gave a shiver before tucking her legs underneath her frame. The small silver bell that hung around her neck suspended on colorful beads jingled softly as she fluffed out her fur. Neah wasn't used to the weather getting colder. With a soft sigh the adolescent gazed out on the forest.
Iggy stumbled a bit when the stag stood, shifting his legs around nervously, self consciously. The vibrant stag bowed back, anticipating the movement to be graceful, but instead it was clumsy and awkward. The word 'sir' tumbled out of the other's mouth and Igaston shook his head. "Why'd you say that? Sir? I'm Iggy." He mumbled, looking at the ground, then back up at the stag. Being called sir.. it reminded him of the butlers and maids in the mansion. It didn't feel right. He wasn't there anymore.
Clearing his throat, a feeble attempt at it, anyways, he looked at the other again, trying to shake loose the thoughts of living in that god forsaken manor.
@LilyBlue:The albino waited until she had settled down, then he followed her example, carefully keeping up the distance between them. Quickly he glanced over to the doe... then he fell silent. Waiting if she wanted to talk or not.
@Kasmir: "Nice to meet you, Sir ... Iggy." he said, suddenly feeling awkward again. His eyes shifted up and down from the ground to the other and back to the ground again. "That's whats... expected..." he scattered, trying to answer the question, having the irrational fear he might could give the wrong... he had experienced it in the past... questions that simply couldn't answered correctly.
His nervousness staysd hidden behind the distant facade, only a slight step to the side he made could give away his feelings.
Quietly he waited for the other to speak again.
"Er. Please don't call me Sir." He shifted uncomfortably, noting the albino's sidestep and glancing around. He was just as nervous as him. A tiny wave of relief washed over Ig, but not much. He swallowed, and listened. "What? What do you mean 'expected'? Who are you?" The questions tumbled from is mouth, nosy and awkward.
Igaston frowned, nibbling on the inside of his mouth nervously. "Er. Sorry. You okay?" He asked, not looking at the other male.
It took a moment, filled with awkward silence. He had experienced a situation like this before. And the memory of this caused some extra stress to the anyhow uncomfortable mood. "My name is Beteigeuze, S..." he managed it just in time to flip the word of his tongue, covering it up with the clearing of his throat. "You can call me Betei, it may will be more comfortable for you." for a moment he thought about the question... aducation forcing him to not leave it unanswered. "It... is the only appropriate form of adress for a gentleman, in case he has no higher title or status in use..." he then seemed to quote something he had heard over and over again in his past, voice mechanical and getting more and more silent to the end of his speech, as if those words where too many at once.
Once again he fell into awkward silence, before he answered the last question. "Yes, I am."
@Us3ch: thanks ^^ i think he met one of your deer already.
The frown deeper implanted it's self on Iggy's features. This guy had to be a servant of some type. It made him sad. Remembering all his old attendants... it was like watching yourself get the crap beaten out of you. His old maids and butlers.. they weren't the kindest. The memory made him take a step back, and a tiny, almost inaudible whimper to escape his throat. But he bit his lip and turned back to the male. "Beteigeuze.. that's a nice name." He said quietly, looking back down at the ground. Whereas he used to be fidgeting, now he stood completely still. The thought of a higher standing title put a bitter taste straight into his mouth. "Well, you don't have to worry about that. I never planned on a higher title." Talking to this guy was like a blast from the past. It took him a moment, but he realized how rude that may've sounded. "Oh.. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound so.."Bitter the word echoed in his head, but e decided to clamp his lips shut. The silence that passed then was uneasy for him, he struggled to shut his brain up. When Betei finally spoke again, it was a relief. "You're sure, then? You seem a little fidgety... I'm sorry." He tacked on that last sorry for being nosy again.
His eyes repeatedly shifted up from the ground to glance at the stranger and back to the ground again. "Thank you." he answered quietly. The albino grew more and more nervous, felt uneasy around the smaller stag. There was some feeling of hostilely around him he couldn't explain to himself. "H... how do you wish to be called then...?" he scattered.
Immediately old mechanics set in again. He felt guilty. Did he do something wrong? Maybe ha had offended the other one somehow?
Now it was his turn to take a step back wards."I am fine." he repeated once again "B..but I can leave you alone, if you wish so, sir?" right after this word slipped over his lips he bit his tongue. "My apologies..." pointy ears sunk down slightly.
Vittani silently watched Betei. Her eyes were beginning to have a special luster tired, as if crying, but it was rather that hugged her body cold. Her fur was bristly and sometimes resembled a stone spines than ruffled fur. Her body was twisted and creased significantly in order to prevent any heat escape. Slightly trembled, but it was more of a ripple. Gently smiled. #AE9393"You come to us..." said strangely husky voice. "Strange... Sure. Nobody came after us... None of those whom we love... But he, White... Curious? Sure." It sounded rather as if talking to herself, and yet it was obvious that she was talking to him. Specific change.
He didn't look at her. Finally he had overcome his feeling and had creeped closer towards her, seeking for warmth, and giving it to the trembling, smaller creature... unable to sit and watch her shivering with cold.
The albino listened carefully to the strange and slightly twisted words. Then he stayed silent for a moment. "It was coincidence." he then answered with his silent voice. "I was seeking for shelter ... and found you here." he could have told her he was worrying for her... but that wouldn't be honest. "I don't know how to find others in this place." he then added, slightly embarrassed about this lack of knowledge.
"You came from the human world. You're not trained to use the other senses, but once you learn it. Everybody learned it," said Vittani. She closed her eyes slowly and carefully began to ask the head. As soon as she anchored on one of the front legs, eyes opened again after a while. Gently shake and looked at him. "You stay here with us?"
He turned his head slightly away from her. Yes maybe others learned it, but he wouldn't... or better... didn't want. He glanced at her again. "If you want me to." he answered quietly.
"We are happy whenever you come. Did I say it once," she said gently. Her voice was tired. When he turned away from her, lifted her head and looked at him. "Why do you turn away from us...?"
He glanced at her again, a certain kind of doubt over the honesty of her words. For a moment he thought about her words. "It is habit. I was tought to ... keep my eyes down."
She looked at him weakly and again went through her ??body trembling. "Before us, not you, Bet. We do not want that. Want you to look at us and not afraid of us."
"I'll try my best." he answered, well knowing he wouldn't get rid of this habit. And if to proof to that he only clanced at her for a moment, before his eyes where lowered down again.
He looked at her once more, this time a slight frown on his face. She really had a strange way to talk... and this time he couldn't make up any sence. "Excuse me, Miss... yould you repeat that, please?"
"It is not fear..." he said quickly, voice suddenly strong. Immediately his head sunk a little deeper about this inapropriate behaviour. "It is not fear." he repeated again, more silent. "It's what I learned."
"You should unlearn it," she whispered Vittani and for a moment it seemed that she tries to yawn, but is afraid to open her mouth. "That's how I feel, I think you killed in the first place." She seemed relaxed. Her voice was clear again, obscured disappeared.
"It's not that easy." he muttered. Her next words let the shiver stop for a moment, as the albino froze in shock. "K...killed... what do you mean?" he asked, fighting for his voice to maintain the usual distance... not entirely successfull. This hit him too unprepared now.
Vittani ears slowly fell on her neck and she remained so for a long time still. Eyes watching something in front of her and stood up almost hopefully, as if listening to someone else. "You do not like me, I know. And I think that one day you would be able to kill me."
He outright stared at her for a few moments, then he shook his head in disbelief, a shocked look on his face now. "W...what are you talking, Miss?... I... would never be able to... do such a thing..."
"To be honest... I feel
