If you play Version 3.21 of TEF (newest version), they should be located at "C:\Program Files\Tale of Tales\The Endless Forest 3\screenshots". That's the default location.
That's just where mine is, as it is with most everyone else's game. Where is your game located on your computer? There should be a screenshots folder in the same folder as "The Endless Forest 3" folder. If not, try creating a folder there called "screenshots" and see if the screenshots go in after taking a few.
