Okay! Forgive me if I don't reply for a while sometimes, I'm unfortunately very busy nowadays x.x
Here are the violets and their colors:
Magenta
Crocus
Cobalt
Fuschia
Indigo
Navy
Slate
Azure
I might be lazy sometimes and not put their names each time they speak so bear with me and refer to the above x3; (hmm... Fuschia and Magenta are similar... -.-)
Anyhow! Here I go.
Magenta:
Lady, Lady Taint, are you there?
Cobalt:
*quietly* If you don't mind...
Indigo:
... Might we speak?
Slate:
*gloomily* She might not answer, you know...
nice colurs anyway who is

Err... ^^; Thank you, but...
Sorry, I'm afraid I can't help you with the Dotd pelt, I have no idea how to get it either.
Oy, lo siento, unfortunately
*hug* That's okay, just add
A fae, dappled in flaming
It is clear by her posture that her façade is not present at the time.

((whee...i'm a moody mess right now, thrice when writing my mood almost swung too far for me to be able to finish writing x3))
The violets sway as best as
"The side beyond the barrier-" says Navy.
"- the side where the flower fae resides." adds Indigo.
They, too, shiver in the cold. But they are hardy things, often strong against the frost.
Realizing she is not alone,
She sweeps back her antlertennae and holds her head high, smugly. She squints her eyes, "Before I answer your queries, little flower beasts, I ask you...why do they call you violets, when you stride in many shades upon the floral floor?"
A smile, a slight grin of fake origins spreads across her lips, as she hopes she has beaten the poor little flowers and they will leave her to her rest.
((note, she doesn't mean "flower beasts" in a cruel way, she simply means flowers that are curious living things other than deer))
Azure answers quietly, "One
"Forgive us, Lady, if we intrude..." says gentle Cobalt cautiously. "But you seemed so cold... and lonely..."
"Lady, know, know that she lays beside you now, though you cannot feel her." says Magenta sadly.
"- and perhaps we came only to tell you that." finishes Indigo.
"Mayhaps we were lonely ourselves," mutters Slate to himself.
"We... We can leave you now, if you wish..."
I have this...random urge to

These flowers are peculiar. That Cobalt, how peculiar she is, how shy, how...Nurra. No, I shall not insult sister Nurra. I shall not, I shall not, I shall not. What do they speak? Lies, I say...petty little lies to make me tear. Cruel flowers. Off with their puny little heads. I shall nibble upon thee like laurel, soft and fluttered laurel.
No, no, Taint, control yourself. Control yourself.
She sighs, her eyes closed, her head tilted away from the flowers. An inaudible mumble, "I shall feast on ye later..."
She shivers away the mumble heard only by her acute and self-centered ears.
Another sigh.
"Have you only come to...to..." her words seem struggled.
To hurt me. To slay me. To bring me down to your level and take my heart for keeping, burying it deep and freezing it over with a glaze of frost...
"To remind me of what I can never have..." she states matter-of-factly.

Italics = thoughts. Colored italics = mumblings, inaudible.
The violets look at each
"No," says Azure at last, softly, "We do not wish to remind you of that... That would be cruel."
"But she wished you to know, Lady. She asked us, to tell," says Magenta.
"You mustn't say never!" cries Cobalt suddenly. "You mustn't..." And, embarrassed, she falls silent.
"Perhaps it is best if we leave you now," whispers Navy, who, unlike the others, can see the pain and the anger in the fae.
And the violets begin to still, and like time had rushed ahead the frost begins to crawl across their freezing petals and low leaves as they slowly, slowly return to the other side. But they hesitate as they leave; they wait for the cold fae to call them back even when they doubt she would.
((I have no idea where this is going. xD; ))
((I don't either, I just
The fae blinks, cold, motionless upon the non-grass floor of the forest. Silent wind rushes past her as the violets fade. As the last fades away, she speaks softly, "Only flowers can truly appreciate the sun...all I can do is watch it from afar...and they may capture it whole..."
She lays back down to rest...
((Maybe in the future they can speak again :3 Now that they've met, heh...))
Sure! ^^
