Decius was used originally as a pulling horse for the heavy artillery in his brigade. After a long

time serving there, he was transferred to a camp to break him as a riding horse. After about 4 weeks

he was assigned to a unit and given a rider. While riding with his unit, they were ambushed and

Decius's rider was killed. In a panic, Decius galloped into the plains and eventually ended up in the

Endless Forest.
