you have to load your picture up on some picture sharing-site... like... er

or what it's called... there you load your picture up, then copy the link of the image and post it here on this site inbetween the [ img ] [ /img ] tag.
What I do is, on deviantart, go to the side of the picture where you can fav and stuff and click download. Then copy the link and paste it here between the [img] thingys. (:
