For this specific session I broke the camera. Over by the playground and just off from the birch bowl (the dip w/ blue flowers) there is a hill high enough to do this.
You need to have the camera zoomed all the way. Walk to a hill and slowly move the camera so it would be going through the hill, do so until your deer looks like it is sinking. Walk forward (doing trot/run sets it back) and you should get a close up.
You can also open 2 games in order to do so, but it's easier with a powerful computer and isn't recommended for any other kind.
