Do you have pictures on photobucket now?
Because when you do you log into your account, view your album, get click the html link, it will say it was copied, then right click into your blog or whatever and right click and then paste on the dropdown menu that appears.
The picture you want to upload must be saved on your computer first.
Then, on the site (Let's say Imageshack), click the browse button next to the empty field. Here is where you'll browse through and find where you saved the image on your computer. Once you find it, just double click it.
Then click, Host it!
After it's finished, it'll come up with various links for your image. The one you want will have IMG tags at each end.
Copy and paste the entire IMG section onto here and it will show the uploaded image.

Basically, when you upload the image on Imageshack, it comes up with a list of links. All of these will be similar, except using differents tags. Depending on the kind of tag, it will change where the image can be posted.
So, when you get the direct link to the image from Imageshack (It will say which one is a direct link at the side), copy and paste the link between [IMG] and [/IMG] without any spaces.
