For some odd reason when I log in to me deer,the button that means your connected on my screen is suppose to be green but on mine it's yellow and my set doesnt show up.Is it because I have been gone for a long time?

If the button is orange it

If the button is orange it means you are logged in but not connected, or an error has happened while TEF was trying to connect. Today many members have said they are having issues connecting, try again several times and if still nothing, try again tomorrow Sad
